The Xsmart Charger by Efest is a small multifunction portable charger for Lithium based ecig batteries upto 18650 in size.  With a single charging cell and 1A max charging current.

The Xsmart is powered with a micro-USB cable and requires at least 1-2Amp wall adapter or fast charge USB port.

The Xsmart can be used in reverse to charge other devices compatible with micro-usb from your battery.
