Our postage fees also cover the cost of suitable packaging. Normally this would be bubble padded envelopes and extra bubble wrap on certain items to ensure safe damage free delivery.

We do sometimes change shipping carriers or services at our discretion to the most secure and quickest format.

    International Orders:
    We now only ship within the UK, Australia and New Zealand.  International Tracked starts at £13.99

    Sorry, we no longer ship to the USA due to USPS rules, or Europe due to TPD EU regulations

    Should you have any enquiries or request a custom delivery option different to the above please contact us.

    Should your UK order not arrive after 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us. The Royal Mail will only consider a package lost after 15 working days.

    Returns:
    Before returning any item, please contact us for a returns authorisation.  

    Items can be returned on a no-fault basis if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Good must be unused, in original packaging and fit for re-sale for a full refund

    Please note that we cannot accept e-liquids returned on a no-fault basis as we are unable to re-sell due to the possibility of tampering.

    Return delivery costs must be paid by yourself.

    Faulty Goods:
    We make every effort to ensure the products we stock are of the highest standard. We check all products conform to the necessary standards and hold the relevant manufacturing certificates. Some products are classed as consumables, e.g. coils, pods.  However, occasionally faults can arise, and we aim to resolve any issues as smoothly as possible.  Should you experience any issues, please get in contact with us.

    Please note we do not cover damage or faults arising from misuse, mis-threading issues, accidental damage. Items will have to be returned to us for assessment.
