Since at least 2018, we’ve proudly maintained our pricing without any increases, despite challenging economic conditions. However, the reality is that the cost of running our business has risen significantly. Inflation has increased by 28% since 2018 – a figure that reflects growing pressures across all sectors. In addition to covering these inflationary costs, changes in the minimum wage, increased Employers National Insurance contributions, and necessary salary adjustments to fairly support our team have all contributed to higher operational expenses.
The main reason for this increase is to ensure that our staff salaries remain in line with inflation and minimum wage requirements. We believe it is our responsibility to fairly compensate our hardworking team, whose dedication and efforts are the backbone of the quality and service you have come to rely on.
Even though inflation has increased by 28% since 2018, our aim is to keep price rises to 10% or below wherever possible. We are committed to limiting the impact on our customers while still ensuring that we meet the financial demands of operating sustainably and ethically. This balance allows us to continue providing the goods and services you trust without compromising on quality or the support we offer to our dedicated staff.
