We apologise for the emails you have been receiving regarding orders and reward points.

No orders have been placed, and your account has not been hacked.  The rewards app we use has been malfunctioning due to a Shopify update, and is sending emails based on historic orders.  The app developers are currently investigating the issues, and they have taken the app down for all platform users.

  • Any orders placed now, are earning reward points.
  • Reward points cannot be redeemed until the system is back online.
