Seasonal Dispatch Times | Royal Mail Delays

At this time of year, Royal Mail packages are often delayed in transit.  Please note that Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are priority services, not time guaranteed.  If you definitely need a package by a specific date, select Special Delivery.

We used to offer DPD, however, very few people selected this service due to the cost and chose Royal Mail instead.  We discontinued DPD due to higher pricing and limited uptake.

For collection orders, we are open every day except Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
