Royal Mail is experiencing delays which may worsen closer to Christmas.  Delays are being caused by staff shortages.  When staff are ill or on holiday, there is not enough cover and mail can sit waiting to be delivered.

We highly recommend choosing Tracked 24 or 48 as 1st Class and 2nd Class can encounter significant delays 6-10+ days.
