Overview

The Vaporesso Armour Ultra Mod is the standalone, mod-only version of the Armour Ultra Kit. It shares the same core hardware as its kitted sibling—a 5500mAh integrated battery, 100W AXON Boost chipset, and triple ruggedisation (IP68 + IP69K + MIL-STD-810H)

Designed for vapers who already own their preferred 510-thread tank, RTA or RDA, this mod lets you pair it with whatever atomiser you choose.

Battery and Charging

The 5500mAh integrated battery is identical to the one fitted in the kitted Armour Ultra.

USB-C charging accepts either 9V/2A or 5V/3A inputs and refills the device from flat to full in roughly one hour. Pass-through vaping is supported while plugged in, so you can top up during short breaks without downtime.

Triple Ruggedisation: IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H

The mod carries the same protection ratings as the kit version:

• IP68 — dust-tight and water-resistant to one metre submersion for approximately 30 minutes
• IP69K — withstands high-pressure water jets at temperatures up to 80°C; suited to outdoor cleaning equipment and worksite washdowns
• MIL-STD-810H — US military drop and shock standard, tested at 1.2m across 26 impact angles

510 Connection: Fits Your Tank

The 510 connection sits flush with most 25mm-base sub-ohm tanks and accepts 26mm tanks with a small visible overhang. Compatible atomisers include:
